mydentist is seeking a Patient Services Advisor to join the Support Centre in Greater Manchester. This part-time role focuses on delivering friendly, efficient service as the first point of contact for practices and patients, handling bookings and queries with care.

You’ll thrive on teamwork, bring strong communication and time-management skills, and be confident with Microsoft Office. The role offers onsite parking, convenient rail access, and a supportive, inclusive culture with opportunities

Qualifications

• Great customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Time management skills.
• Confident IT user with experience using Microsoft Office.
• Hard-working with a professional and proactive attitude.

Responsabilités

• The first line of contact for practices and answering calls received by patients within the designated KPI’s.
• Ensuring that all appointments are booked/amended/cancelled accurately and efficiently in line with company procedures.
• Building effective and successful working relationships with the practice teams to ensure that practice and patient problems are resolved quickly.
• Providing assistance and advice to patients within the designated scope of training provided.
• Providing help, support and excellent customer service to patients.
