Job summary

mydentist is hiring a receptionist for our Greenway Road practice in Runcorn. The role is full-time, on-site, Monday to Friday 8:45am–5:30pm, with a one-hour lunch break and occasional Saturday shifts. This 12-month fixed-term position offers a patient-focused environment with stable hours and career development opportunities.

You’ll welcome customers, manage appointments, and provide clear information while supporting the team to keep the practice compliant and well organised.

Qualifications

• Friendly, caring and compassionate
• Organised with ability to multitask and hit KPI targets
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
• Comfortable using computer systems; training provided
• Confident in fast-paced environments and able to diffuse tricky situations
