Cobalt Ground Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Front Line Operational Leader to drive safety, service quality and people performance across a busy shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience.
• Experience managing large teams.
• Coaching and mentoring experience.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Employee relations experience.
• Leadership and People Management.
• Organisation and Time Management.

Responsibilities

• Resource planning within the department and rostering with the Operational Support Administration team.
• Coaching and developing shift team members, giving feedback and identifying training opportunities.
• Act as ambassador for customer service; coach staff on service and uniform standards; liaise with customer airlines for service delivery.
• Manage staff welfare issues, recording absence and lateness; escalate to HR per policy and legal requirements.
• Champion diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
• Promote Cobalt’s mission, vision and values internally and in the marketplace.
