Job summary

Cobalt Ground Solutions is hiring a Front Line Operational Leader to drive frontline performance and safety standards across shifts. You will coach, develop and motivate large teams while ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence.

In this role you will plan rosters, manage attendance and overtime in collaboration with the Operational Support Administration team, and act as ambassador for customer service and company values. UK driving licence required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience.
• Experience managing large teams and coordinating shift rosters.
• Full, clean, manual UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimise shift coverage and rosters with the Ops Support team.
• Coach and develop shift staff, provide timely feedback and training opportunities.
• Act as ambassador for customer service, safety, and company values.
• Monitor employee wellbeing and apply policies in line with procedures.
