As a leader within the organisation, your primary responsibilities involve orchestrating your team’s efforts to execute all facets of the Department’s operations. This encompasses the comprehensive spectrum of leadership from strategically guiding the operational workflow to fostering employee engagement and providing adept line management for your shift.
