Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an Operations Support Manager to oversee frontline security operations, audits, and performance delivery across multiple sites. You will partner with HR, operations and clients to implement policies, drive compliance and support crime prevention initiatives.

The role emphasizes training, investigations, reporting, and effective stakeholder engagement to maintain high service standards and operational excellence within a large multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
• A full UK driving licence is required.
• SIA licence is desirable or required.
• Experience in security operations, compliance, or operational support management is essential.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit site performance to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in security operations and service delivery.
• Provide training, coaching and development to frontline teams.
• Lead investigations and support employee relations matters as needed.
• Prepare reports and present findings to management and clients.
