Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced security supervisor to lead and support our security team across assigned sites. This position requires a valid SIA licence and proven supervisory experience, with strong communication and leadership abilities.

The role involves conducting patrols, risk assessments, incident investigations, and ensuring service excellence through Liaison with clients and management. Flexibility for varied shifts, including nights and weekends, is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Licence.
• Proven security experience with supervisory/leadership background.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Excellent report writing and computer literacy.
• Flexibility for night and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support security officers, ensuring duties are executed effectively.
• Conduct site patrols, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Maintain a visible security presence and respond to incidents.
• Liaise with clients and management to ensure service excellence.
• Train and develop security staff to comply with procedures.
• Manage shift scheduling, reporting, and key control procedures.
