OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Security Operations Director to lead a large regional portfolio of security contracts across the South East and beyond. The role focuses on operational excellence, customer satisfaction and commercial performance, with responsibility for safety, wellbeing and day-to-day leadership of large teams.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in security industry across multiple sites and customers.
• Proven track record leading regional or national portfolios with operational and commercial accountability.
• Experience building and maintaining senior stakeholder relationships and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Regional Operations Management Team across a large geographic region.
• Own regional financial performance with full P&L responsibility and budget delivery.
• Build strong relationships with executive-level customers as a trusted partner.
• Drive operational excellence and ensure contractual and service delivery standards are met.
• Lead performance improvement initiatives to enhance satisfaction, efficiency and profitability.
• Support growth through contract retention, upselling and new business mobilisation.
• Collaborate with commercial, bid and operational teams on growth opportunities.
• Act as senior escalation point for operational, client and people matters.
• Champion health, safety and wellbeing across all contracts.
