Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to lead and support our security team across sites. You will ensure duties are performed efficiently, maintain a visible presence and act as escalation point for incidents.

Requirements include a valid SIA Licence, supervisory security experience, strong communication, report writing and the ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Licence required.
• Proven security experience with a supervisory background.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Calm under pressure with quick, effective decisions.
• Excellent report writing and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support security officers to ensure duties are carried out.
• Conduct site patrols, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Maintain a visible security presence and respond promptly to incidents.
• Liaise with clients and management to ensure service excellence.
• Train, mentor and develop security staff to follow policies.
• Manage shift scheduling, reporting and key control procedures.
