Qualifications

• Significant homelessness experience under the Housing (Wales) Act 2014.
• Experience making statutory homelessness decisions.
• Strong knowledge of homelessness prevention, housing options, and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Deliver housing advice and homelessness prevention services.
• Carry out housing options interviews and assessments.
• Develop and maintain Personal Housing Plans.
• Provide housing options and rehousing advice.
• Manage a complex caseload and maintain accurate records.
