The Role

As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support in coaching and developing your team, owning your shifts to drive performance, and ensuring excellent service.

• Passionate about supporting your team and maintaining high standards
• Ready to run shifts, plan staffing, and coach on the go
• Understanding of managing labour and rotas, with a willingness to learn about financial performance
• Great at recognizing and celebrating team achievements
