Job summary

BCP Council is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide employee relations support to operational managers across a frontline workforce. The role is based primarily at Southcote Road Depot, Bournemouth with hybrid working options and support at other sites as needed.

You will manage a varied ER caseload and coach managers to make legally compliant decisions. Experience in absence management, disciplinary, grievance and performance casework is essential to succeed in this temporary 6-month
