Job summary

Ochil View Housing Association Ltd. in Scotland is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and to support frontline administration within the Housing Association.

The role reports to the Tenant Engagement & Communication Officer and offers the opportunity to contribute to service improvements, with a focus on quality customer service and efficient communication across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in frontline customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and use office software.

Responsibilities

• Be first point of contact for all customer enquiries to the Association.
• Assist all Departments of the Association with the delivery of an effective administration service.
• Contribute to achieving the targets and performance measures set for the Association in relation to Customer Service.
