Job summary

Ochil View Housing Association Ltd. is seeking a Customer Services Team Assistant on a part-time basis (17.5 hours) to join our frontline team in Clackmannanshire and West Fife.

You will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, support administration across departments, and help achieve performance targets.

Hours are Mon-Fri 11.00 am to 2.30 p.m.; closing date 8 October 2026; interviews 19 October 2026; Ochil View is an Investor in People Gold and a Living Wage Employer.

We wish to recruit to our new Customer Services Teamsuitably qualified, skilled, and enthusiastic individuals for the following posts:

CUSTOMER SERVICES ASSISTANT (PART TIME, 17.5 HOURS)

Hours of work: - Monday to Friday 11.00 am to 2.30 p.m.

• The Customer Services Team Assistant will report directly to the Tenant Engagement & Communication Officer for all matters associated with frontline customer services.
• To be first point of contact for all customer enquiries to the Association.
• To assist all Departments of the Association with the delivery of an effective administration service.
• To contribute to achieving the targets and performance measures set for the Association in relation to Customer Service and the post.
