LHM360 is seeking a Client Support Worker to join our frontline team in a busy Day Centre environment in Glasgow. You will build trusting relationships, provide practical and emotional support, and help clients access appropriate services while maintaining professional boundaries.

The role is permanent and full-time, offering a salary of £28,000, generous holiday entitlement, employer pension contributions, and access to an Employee Assistance Programme plus ongoing training and development

Responsabilidades

• Building positive and trusting relationships with clients.
• Providing practical and emotional support.
• Recognising individual needs and helping clients access appropriate services and specialist support.
• Supporting clients with issues relating to housing, health, wellbeing, benefits and other areas affecting their lives.
• Encouraging clients to participate, build confidence, develop skills and try new experiences.
• Responding appropriately to challenging situations while maintaining dignity, compassion and professional boundaries.
• Maintaining accurate and appropriate records.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, volunteers and external partners.
• Supporting clients to take part in activities and other opportunities where appropriate, particularly where these support client engagement, relationship-building, wellbeing and social connection.
