Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking a Frontend Engineering Manager in Manchester to lead frontend teams delivering web and mobile experiences. You’ll guide engineering across large digital programs, collaborate with product, design, data science and engineering peers, and drive Generative AI initiatives within client solutions.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup, spending time onsite with clients and at our offices, with a focus on growth, mentorship, and delivering high-impact, user-centered products.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front-end engineering teams.
• Experience building web/mobile using React, iOS, Android, React Native.
• Experience applying Generative AI to product experiences.
• Experience with integrating GraphQL/REST APIs into complex solutions.
• Senior engineering roles (Engineering Lead/Team Lead).
• Extensive experience in agile environments for digital product creation.

Responsibilities

• Support growth within our customer technology product engineering practice.
• Advise clients on how to build product and platform engineering capabilities and teams.
• Build strong client relationships focused on customer, digital and platforms.
• Lead engineering across large digital & agile transformation programmes.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Data Scientists and Engineers to deliver compelling user-facing products and solutions.
• Propel the use of Generative AI within our work and products.
• Provide input to technology & engineering thought leadership to our clients and teams.
• Maximise team performance through mentorship, skills learning and career development.
• Contribute to developing offerings, assets, capabilities, and attend events.
