Job Description

What will you do?

As our next Front Office Team Leader, you will:

  1. Develop high-quality relationships with guests, from the moment they arrive and throughout their stay, in order to foster loyalty.
  2. Take into account and anticipate guests' needs.
  3. Handle any guest complaints that cannot be settled directly by team members and provide a rapid solution.
  4. Convey the hotel image.
  5. Assist in growing ALL program membership.
  6. Ensure that information is passed on to other departments as necessary (floor staff, technical team etc.) and to the other members of the department.
  7. Keep track of the standard of services delivered, based on guest comments and quality audits.
  8. Perform other duties assigned by management.
