The role requires supervisory experience, strong IT and numeracy skills, and proficiency with Opera, Delphi and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy hotel front desk environment preferred.
• At least 12 months of supervisory experience.
• Excellent IT skills (MS Office, financial systems) and numeracy.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with Opera, Delphi and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and handle check-ins/check-outs in a professional, friendly manner.
• Provide high-quality front-office service and respond to guest inquiries.
