Job summary

LGH Hotels Management Limited seeks a Hospitality Service Supervisor (Front Office) at Glasgow Argyle Hotel, Signature Collection by Best Western. You will welcome guests, manage check-ins and inquiries, and act as a professional, friendly ambassador for the hotel.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional hospitality and engaging service to all guests in a busy hotel environment. The ideal candidate has front desk experience, at least 12 months in a supervisory role, strong IT and numeracy

Qualifications

Experience working in a busy hotel front desk environment (preferred).
At least 12 months of supervisory experience.
Excellent IT skills (MS Office, financial systems) and numeracy.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experienced user of Opera, Delphi, and Microsoft Office (preferred).

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and handle check-ins and inquiries in a professional, friendly manner.
Deliver consistently exceptional hospitality service as the front-facing team member.
Maintain presentable appearance and positive communication with guests and staff.
