Job summary

The Celtic Collection is seeking a Front of House Supervisor for Tŷ Hotel Magor. You will lead the Front of House team during shifts, ensuring warm Welsh hospitality and outstanding guest service from arrival to departure.

You will uphold front office standards, support coaching and training, and create a welcoming environment that makes guests feel right at home. Opera PMS experience is welcome but not essential, and we’ll train the right person.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people-first approach.
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding guest service in fast-paced settings.
• Experience with Front Office/Rooms Division operations.
• Opera PMS is a bonus, training will be provided if needed.
• A team-focused coach who motivates others.
