Job summary

Canary Riverside Plaza London, Vignette Collection by IHG is hiring a Front Office Receptionist to deliver warm, professional guest service and seamless check-ins in a luxury hotel setting.

The role requires handling enquiries, reservations, and payments while coordinating with other departments to uphold service standards. Training is provided for Opera hotel systems, with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional approach.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using hotel systems such as Opera would be advantageous, training can be provided.

Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who can work Full-Time, across 40 hours per week.
