Job summary

Canary Riverside Plaza London, Vignette Collection by IHG is seeking a passionate Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our luxury team. Based at Canary Wharf, you will lead bar, restaurant and C&B functions, welcome guests and ensure personalised service across shifts.

You will supervise F&B teams, work with kitchen colleagues to deliver memorable guest experiences, and uphold high safety and allergen procedures.

• Confident in recommending dishes and knowledgeable about our full menu offering.
• Supervising and supporting the F&B teams - helping to create a positive, professional, and enjoyable working environment while maintaining high service standards.
• Working closely with the wider F&B and Kitchen teams to deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience, communicating clearly, positively, and proactively at all times.

We are looking for someone who can work Full-Time, 40 hours per week across a variety of shift times.
