Canary Riverside Plaza London, Vignette Collection by IHG invites you to join as Reservations Coordinator. Based in Canary Wharf, you will handle enquiries, process bookings, and support revenue management while delivering warm, professional service.

This full-time role offers Monday–Friday shifts, a focus on accuracy, guest satisfaction, and opportunities to grow within IHG's luxury portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in reservations within IHG or similar hospitality roles.
• Strong communication, warm and guest-focused.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with reservations systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservation enquiries with confidence and care, ensuring guests receive warm, professional service.
• Process individual and group reservations, including amendments and special requests.
• Maintain reservation systems and communicate updates to the hotel team.
• Assist with revenue management of booking channels.
• Support Sales with enquiries and opportunities to maximise revenue.
• Build positive relationships with guests, clients and colleagues.

We are looking for someone who can work Full-Time, typical working pattern is Monday to Friday.

What You’ll Be Doing…

• Handling reservation enquiries with confidence and care, ensuring guests receive a warm, professional and efficient service from the first point of contact.
• Processing individual and group reservations accurately, including amendments, cancellations, special requests and guest preferences.
• Maintaining reservation systems ensuring all information is up to date and communicated clearly to the wider hotel team.
• Assisting with revenue management of booking channels
• Supporting the Sales team with enquiries, client communications and opportunities to maximise revenue where appropriate.
• Building positive relationships with guests, clients and colleagues to support a seamless booking experience.

What We’re Looking For…

• Previous experience in reservations within IHG is highly desirable, front office, sales administration or a similar hospitality role would also be advantageous
• A confident communicator with a warm, professional and guest-focused approach.
• Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office; experience with hotel reservations systems would be a plus.
• A proactive approach with an interest in both reservations and supporting sales opportunities.
