Canary Riverside Plaza London, Vignette Collection by IHG is seeking a passionate Food and Beverage Supervisor to join the team. The role is full-time (40 hours per week) across varied shifts at our Canary Wharf luxury property.

You will welcome guests, lead the Bar, Restaurant and C&B functions, supervise F&B teams, and work closely with Kitchen colleagues to ensure a seamless, memorable guest experience while maintaining allergy and ingredient awareness.

• Welcoming our guests and leading by example across our Bar, Restaurant and C&B functions - ensuring warm, engaging, and personalised service throughout their visit. You’ll be confident in recommending dishes and knowledgeable about our full menu offering.
• Supervising and supporting the F&B teams - helping to create a positive, professional, and enjoyable working environment while maintaining high service standards.
• Working closely with the wider F&B and Kitchen teams to deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience, communicating clearly, positively, and proactively at all times.
• Maintaining awareness of dish ingredients, intolerances, and allergies - ensuring all procedures are followed correctly and guest safety remains a priority. Excellent communication and a personable approach are essential for this role!
