Qualifikationen

• Experience with Front Office transformation in a consulting or client-facing role.
• Strong understanding of customer, colleague and stakeholder needs.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into platform-enabled outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Shape Front Office transformation strategies by translating customer and stakeholder needs into CRM, AI, sales, service and marketing initiatives enabled by Salesforce, ServiceNow and Braze.
• Design future customer and colleague experiences through executive and cross-functional co-creation and journey mapping.
• Define and mobilise transformation programmes, shaping governance, delivery approaches, business cases and procurement activities.
• Lead complex business and technology transformations by coordinating multidisciplinary teams across CX, CRM, AI, data and architecture.
• Unlock value from customer data, AI and automation using Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce and ServiceNow.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding strategy, product ownership and transformation delivery.
• Contribute to growth of Front Office Transformation practice through thought leadership and capability building across Salesforce, ServiceNow and adjacent technologies.
