Job summary

Baringa is seeking experienced Consultants & Senior Consultants to join our Banking & Markets practice, helping clients reinvent technology, AI and operating models across retail, commercial and capital markets. You will lead delivery, drive value and partner with senior stakeholders in a collaborative, flexible environment.

Qualifications

Consulting experience in leading complex transformation for banking/markets clients.
Knowledge of AI, emerging technologies and the wider digital ecosystem.
Product knowledge in Retail, Commercial or Corporate Banking or Capital Markets.

Responsibilities

Shaping and delivering large-scale technology, AI and digital transformation programmes, supporting our clients on their transformation journeys.
Maximising business value for our clients through the definition and delivery of effective technology, digital, AI and data projects.
Reimagining how clients operate in an AI age—redesigning processes, operating models and ways of working to drive operational excellence.
Working directly with client stakeholders, building trusted working relationships and supporting effective communication across teams.
