Job summary

Experis is recruiting a Salesforce Consultant for a high-profile financial services transformation. The role centers on delivering Salesforce FSC, Data Cloud and Agentforce initiatives within a banking context.

Qualifications

Extensive hands-on Salesforce experience with FSC, Data Cloud and enterprise implementations.
Strong banking and financial services domain knowledge including regulatory environments.
Proven expertise in Salesforce FSC, Data Cloud and Agentforce capabilities.
Demonstrated success leading major workstreams within large Salesforce transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

Lead and own end-to-end Salesforce initiatives focusing on FSC, Data Cloud, and Agentforce.
Collaborate with Product, Business, Architecture, Data and Engineering to translate needs into clear requirements and user stories.
Drive decision-making, challenge senior stakeholders, and resolve ambiguities to keep projects on track.
Identify dependencies, risks, and gaps early and manage them to ensure smooth delivery.
Provide leadership to other Business Analysts to improve programme delivery quality and pace.
Take responsibility for complex business areas from discovery through to technology implementation and outcomes.
