Front Office Manager

Salary up to £40,000 per annum

Your Role

As Front Office Manager, you will lead a talented front office team, championing Hyatt’s purpose by:

  • Creating a warm and welcoming arrival experience, ensuring every guest feels seen, heard, and cared for
  • Inspiring and developing your team through daily coaching, meaningful feedback, and career growth conversations
  • Ensuring seamless front desk operations while identifying opportunities to personalize service and create memorable moments
  • Handling guest feedback with empathy and a sense of urgency, always aiming to turn challenges into loyalty
  • Collaborating with key departments to drive guest satisfaction, loyalty scores, and revenue opportunities through upselling and walk-in conversion
  • Serving as Manager on Duty, modelling Hyatt’s values and standards throughout the guest journey

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong, hands-on front office leadership experience in upscale select-service or full-service hotels
  • Experience with Hyatt systems, standards, or values preferred
  • Proven ability to lead teams, delegate effectively, and set clear expectations
  • Operationally structured with a strategic mindset and attention to workload management
  • Excellent communicator with high emotional intelligence
  • Track record of improving guest satisfaction through innovation and team engagement
  • A passion for delivering heartfelt hospitality and mentoring others
  • Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in dynamic situations
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
