Job summary

Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars is seeking a proactive Reception Manager to lead daily front desk operations and ensure a seamless guest experience at a five‑star level.

You will coach the Front Office team, manage recruitment and onboarding, strive for exceptional arrival and departure experiences, and uphold Hyatt’s values while supporting revenue and brand visibility. Salary is £36,550 plus service charge with attractive hotel perks.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front desk teams in a luxury/hotel environment.
• Proven track record of delivering five-star guest service standards.
• Strong coaching and performance management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily front desk operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Train, schedule, and evaluate Front Office team performance.
• Act as Duty Manager during peak times or absence of the Front Office Manager.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and development of Front Office staff.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and driving initiatives to enhance service delivery.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
