Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group currently seeks an experienced Front Office Manager to own and elevate the front office, guiding teams to exceptional guest experiences while driving strategic growth and high-performance standards.

You will report to the General Manager and shape the culture and success of your team within our UK portfolio, with development opportunities through the Dalata Academy.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a front office leadership role.
• Strong leadership and development skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests have the highest quality experience.
• Lead the front office team to achieve audits, customer feedback indices, quality evaluations and hotel standards.
• Develop and mentor the front office team for next career steps.
• Assist in effectively managing front office departmental operations.
• Contribute to the strategic management of the hotel.
