Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a front office professional to provide a warm, courteous welcome to guests and support efficient front desk operations during their stay.

You will work with the management team to maintain morale, oversee cash handling and till procedures, and actively promote hotel outlets. A minimum of one year in a similar role is required, along with a friendly, independent and team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to delegate.
• Warm, friendly and approachable personality when interacting with staff and guests.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests are welcomed warmly by all staff during arrival and stay.
• Assist in efficiently managing front office operations.
• Collaborate with management to maintain team morale.
• Monitor cash transactions, float and till procedures in line with policy.
• Ensure front desk staffing coverage during peak periods.
• Familiarize staff with sales and promotional principles and promote hotel outlets.
• Communicate with Accommodation Manager regarding room status, VIP guests, and allocations.
