Dalata Hotel Group is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead and elevate the front desk team in the United Kingdom, shaping culture and delivering outstanding guest experiences across our properties.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive daily operations, mentor staff, and contribute to the hotel’s strategy while maintaining high performance standards in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a front office leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a hospitality mindset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests have the highest quality experience.
• Lead the team in achieving goals related to mystery audits, customer comment indices, quality evaluations, and hotel standards.
• Develop and mentor the front office team for career progression.
• Assist in efficiently managing front office operations.
• Contribute to the strategic management of the hotel.
• Support other departments as required.
