Job summary

Leonardo Hotel Inverness is seeking a Front Office Manager to direct the strategic initiatives of the Front Office, while managing day-to-day operations and leading a proactive team to deliver memorable guest experiences that align with Leonardo standards.

You will act as an ambassador for the hotel, drive KPIs, participate in Duty Manager shifts, and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth, guest-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Direct the strategic initiatives and objectives of the Front Office department.
• Manage day-to-day operations through the engagement of the team.
• Lead your department to ensure exceptional guest service and memorable experiences.
• Act as an ambassador for Leonardo Hotel Inverness and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate.
• Complete Duty Manager shifts as required and contribute to other hotel areas when needed.
