Job summary

Leonardo Hotel Management (UK) Limited seeks a Front Office Manager to direct strategic initiatives for the Front Office and manage day-to-day operations through the team. You will act as an ambassador for your hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, upholding the company vision while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll lead a vibrant team, strive to exceed guest expectations, and maintain high standards of service across departments with opportunities to engage in other hotel

Responsibilities

• Create a fun and engaged department to deliver on KPIs and support your team to achieve these
• Have a passion for hospitality and be a role model for your hotel
• Bring your positive energy to work with you every day
• Complete Duty Manager shifts as required. Take the chance to get involved in other areas of the hotel!
