Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in hotels is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional approach.
• Flexible and adaptable, able to work across different hotel departments.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Willingness to learn and complete relevant training.

Responsibilities
