Job summary

Sanctuary is seeking a Customer Supporter in Chester to welcome customers, provide front of house reception support, and help create engaging activities reflecting individual interests to support wellbeing and community involvement.

This part-time role is 15 hours per week with flexible working options and a supportive benefits package designed to help customers live independently and stay connected with their local community.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, or willingness to work towards it.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Ability to lead activities and engage groups of customers.

• Welcome customers and provide front of house reception support
• Create engaging individual and group activities that reflect personal interests
• Promote and review activities to help customers achieve their goals
• Support customers to connect with and feel part of their local community
