Job summary

Sanctuary Group’s Retirement Community at St Bartholomews Court, Playden, Rye, TN31 7SQ, is seeking a Customer Supporter on a 24-hour-per-week contract, offering £13.89 per hour. You will welcome residents, provide front-of-house reception support, and help create activities reflecting personal interests to promote wellbeing.

Your role
  • Welcome customers and provide front of house reception support

  • Ability to develop and lead activities that involve and inspire customers
  • Strong interpersonal and customer care skills
  • Confidence in prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Basic Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge
  • This role may require weekend working so a flexible approach is required
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, or willingness to work towards it
