We are looking for an experienced Front of House Team Leader who can lead, motivate, and encourage the wider team to deliver an amazing guest experience at Three Pigeons.

Work alongside the management team to bring our shared vision to life, help maintain smooth operations, and ensure consistency.

At most of our pubs, you’ll find proper pub grub – with big, juicy burgers and classic fish and chips being firm favourites. We serve up real value, a great atmosphere, and a pub experience worth every penny. The Three Pigeons, Guildford, is an 18th-century pub located at the top of the granite sett part of the High Street; it has two floors connected by an open-plan 1960s spiral staircase, with a great rear courtyard. We offer cask ales, a traditional British menu, bottomless brunches, and a range of changing beers from local breweries and key keg lines.
