Job summary

Posadero Lounge, part of Loungers, is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to lead a busy café bar team and ensure smooth, friendly service across shifts. The role offers a clear path into management within a growing hospitality group.

You'll guide the team, maintain standards on the floor, and help deliver memorable guest experiences while supporting managers and promoting a welcoming atmosphere across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality settings (restaurants, cafés or bars).
• Ability to lead by example during busy shifts.
• Comfortable coaching and motivating a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front during busy shifts to deliver great service.
• Support management with day-to-day operations and standards on the floor.
• Coach and guide the team, assigning roles and ensuring confident service.
• Monitor cleanliness, presentation, food safety, allergens and cash handling.
• Handle customer queries or complaints confidently and resolve issues.
• Contribute to driving sales by managing bar and pass duties.
