What You'll Bring

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or a strong front-of-house team member, with a background in restaurants, bars, cafés, or coffee shops, ready to step into management
• Experience working in a bar environment with food and drink preparation
• A passion for hospitality
• Driven and persistent in overcoming challenges
• Strong literacy skills and attention to detail for reporting KPIs
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport and trust
• Self-motivated, able to work at pace with minimal supervision, even under pressure
• Knowledge of sales building, forecasting, reporting, recruitment, HR, and NPS best practices
