Job Description

As a Food & Beverage Host, you will be the face of our business, greeting and entertaining our customers in a welcoming and caring manner. Your passion for people will help create a memorable and entertaining experience. You will be a host in the true sense of the word, working hard to create a fun and engaging atmosphere that exceeds our guests' expectations.

You will:

• Be customer obsessed and ensure all customers have an amazing experience that makes them want to return
• Be familiar with current promotions and products to assist customers in making the most of their visit
• Proactively offer friendly, efficient, and prompt food and beverage service, delivering only products you are proud of
• Be aware of daily and weekly targets and contribute positively towards them
• Display a friendly and enthusiastic manner, responding positively to all customer requests politely and efficiently
• Replenish stocks to ensure products are always accessible to customers

Qualifications

• Experience working successfully in a hospitality role
