This is an exciting opportunity to join our new opening and become part of one of the most successful restaurant groups in the UK.

Lounges are special places, and what makes them so are the brilliant people who run them. As Supervisor, you'll support the management team to maintain that brilliance, delivering 14 great shifts with the team to ensure every customer leaves happy—thanks to your supervision.

It's all about the bustle. You'll lead from the front, setting a high pace for the team so everyone delivers on time, every time. You're detail-oriented, never settle for second best, and aim for your Lounge to be the go-to spot for the local community. This role is challenging but rewarding if you have what it takes.

What You'll Bring:
  • Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or an experienced front-of-house team member aiming for management, with background in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops
  • Experience working in a bar environment with food and drink service
  • A passion for hospitality
  • Drive and resilience in overcoming challenges
  • Strong literacy skills and attention to detail for reporting KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills to build rapport and trust
  • Self-motivated, able to work at pace with minimal supervision under pressure
  • Knowledge of sales building, forecasting, HR, recruitment, and NPS best practices
