Job summary

Cosy Club Chester is seeking a Supervisor to help run the floor, greet guests, and support the team in delivering great hospitality. You will oversee service flow, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold our brand standards across shifts in a busy restaurant.

You will manage daily tasks, assist with dining operations, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that reflects Cosy Club’s lively hospitality culture.

Qualifications

• Supervisory role in hospitality is indicated by the title and responsibilities described.
• Strong guest focus and ability to maintain high standards are implied by the duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day running of the restaurant.
• Clear tables, polish glasses and serve meals.
• Help maintain exceptional atmosphere and exemplary standards.
• Be a role model to the team and provide support as needed.
