Job summary

Cosy Club Oxford is hiring a Supervisors to help deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll lead front-of-house during busy service, clear tables, polish glasses, and ensure smooth operations while maintaining high standards across meals and drinks.

You’ll enjoy meals on shift, paid breaks, Wagestream access, and generous staff perks. We support development and offer monthly incentives like spa breaks and festival tickets, with the chance to grow with three Cosy Club brands.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence and guest satisfaction focus.
• Ability to lead a team during busy service periods.
• Experience managing shifts and coordinating tasks on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Clear tables, polish glasses and serve meals to maintain high standards.
• Support day-to-day running of the restaurant with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Be a role model for Cosy Clubbers and assist colleagues as needed.
