Job summary

DHL Supply Chain at Manchester Airport is seeking a Front of House Site Trainer to develop our people, deliver engaging training and ensure colleagues have the skills and confidence to work safely and to high standards.

You will run induction, mandatory and compliance training, design sessions across shifts, promote health and safety, and support teams in delivering excellent customer service and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a trainer (Desirable).
• Experience in aviation industry with FOH operations knowledge (Essential).
• Training qualifications such as PTTLS or AET (Desirable).
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (Essential).
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities
