Job summary

DHL Supply Chain at Manchester Airport is seeking a Front of House Site Trainer to develop our people, deliver engaging training and ensure colleagues have the skills and confidence to work safely and to the highest standards.

In this role you will deliver inductions, mandatory and compliance training, design engaging sessions, promote health and safety, and lead by example across operational areas while supporting colleagues and reporting breaches.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a trainer (Desirable)
• Experience in the aviation industry, with knowledge of FOH operations, including boarding procedures, customer service and role requirements (Essential)
• Training qualifications such as PTTLS or AET (Desirable)
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (Essential)
• The flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays

Responsibilities

Pay Rate: £35,884.94 Grade: N Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) 40 hours per week Shift patterns: Any 5 from 7, earliest start time 3am, latest finish 11pm Location: Manchester Airport
