Job summary

Mitie is seeking a vigilant Corporate Security Officer for Chandlers Ford. The role includes front-of-house duties, CCTV and access-control monitoring, and routine patrols to uphold site security and safety standards.

You will deliver services per Instructions and UK legislation, maintain incident logs, and participate in ongoing training. The position requires a valid SIA licence, strong customer service, and the ability to work in a team or independently.

Qualifications

• Valid front-line SIA licence must be worn on duty.
• Corporate security experience is a plus; eager to learn is welcome.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are essential.
• IT literate with ability to learn new security systems quickly.
• Access to private transport is strongly preferred due to site location.

Responsibilities

• Deliver security services in line with site AIs, UK laws, and policies.
• Manage reception, visitor logs, keys/passes, and goods-in areas.
• Use CCTV, access control, and MS Office to maintain site security.
• Identify hazards, manage incidents, log events, and respond to emergencies.
