Job summary

The Bear, a modern community pub on the edge of Bilton village near Rugby, has reopened after refurbishment and seeks talented Front of House staff to deliver an exceptional customer experience and a mouth-watering food offer.

You will take accurate orders, work closely with kitchen staff, handle payments, confidently recommend menu and drinks, observe service standards and support the team to ensure every guest leaves satisfied.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working front of house in hospitality or customer facing environment.
• Enthusiasm and passion for food and beer.
• Deliver excellent customer service and great teamwork in a fast paced, pressurised environment.
• Ambitious and keen to develop your career with us.
• Role is for over 18s due to the need to sell alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the customer journey and ensure a top experience.
• Take accurate orders and work closely with kitchen staff.
• Ensure payments and receipts are correct.
• Confidently recommend menu and drinks offerings.
• Observe service standards and report incidents or issues.
