Job summary

Butcombe Group is seeking a friendly, energetic Front of House Team Member to join our team across our pubs and inns. You’ll be at the heart of a dynamic, fast-paced environment, delivering warm, efficient service to guests and helping to keep the pub running smoothly from set-up to close.

You’ll work across bar, restaurant, and outdoor areas, maintain high standards of cleanliness and atmosphere, and support the team with a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Front of house experience or exposure to hospitality environments.
• Strong guest-focused service with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Creating brilliant guest experiences with warm, friendly, and efficient service.
• Serving food and drinks across bar, restaurant, and outdoor areas.
• Helping to keep the pub running smoothly from set-up to close-down.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and atmosphere.
• Working with the team to ensure fast, smooth service on busy shifts.
