Red Lion is preparing for a refurbishment and is hiring Food & Beverage Team Members to join a busy, vibrant pub as it reopens in late October 2026. The role focuses on welcoming guests, taking orders, processing payments, serving drinks, and maintaining high standards of service in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should be 18+, great communicators, confident, organised, with broad knowledge of food, wine, and beer, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Great communication skills and the ability to engage with guests.
• Good decision-making and confident, proactive approach.
• Organised and reliable with a flexible schedule, including weekends/holidays.
• Solid knowledge of food, wine and beer to inform guest recommendations.
• Must have the Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests in the pub.
• Taking food and drink orders and handling payments.
